Mozi Designs goes live with Pronto on time
Josem Consulting and Julian Josem has been working with Mozi Designs to implement Pronto for this growing Retail/Wholesale/Manufacturing business. Julian Josem has worked with Pronto and the Mozi team to implement the Pronto package throughout the organisation.
"Realigning the business processes and configuring the software to match the desired way of running the various departments was challenging. Preparing this business to be a 30-store chain and beyond is what made this project so interesting" said Julian.
Mozi successfully migrated from their bespoke "Filemaker" system to run the fully integrated Pronto ERP.
Julian developed and handed over the operational documentation to each department.
Pronto went live as planned on 28th October 2013.
