Julian Josem has been appointed to the Victorian ICT Health Ministerial Advisory Council.  

Julian brings to the MAC his perspective of working in the retail sector to the health sector.

The Council's role is to inform the Minister on the various ICT issues that the health sector faces.  

"The health sector is facing a similar revolution to what has occured within retail with the advent of patients demanding greater visibility of their health records.  Mobile and Internet access seems like an evolution to the patient, but for hospitals and GP's, its a revolution" says Jullian Josem.
