Karen has an MBA and Business degree (Marketing) and has over 16 years experience in retail, specifically in Buying and Marketing for various divisions of Coles-Myer. 

Karen has an MBA and Bachelor of Business (Marketing) with over 16 years experience working in retail.  

Karen has worked in the buying and marketing departments for various divisions of Coles.  

Karen has been responsible for managing multimillion dollar buyerships within various departments of the Grocery, Hard and Soft goods Categories.

She is able to communicate at all levels of the organisation and facilitate change.  Karen has a demonstrated record of achieving results.

Currently lecturing, training and consulting in Retail Buying and Marketing.
